Our remote IT support services are designed to be flexible, scalable, and resolve any technical issues quickly.
This service will allow one of our techniciancs to access your device remotely and perform any necessary updates, maintenance, or services.
How the service works :
- Connect to the client’s device using TEAMVIEWER.
- Diagnose the issue and resolve it if it’s possible.
- General diagnostic check.
- Disconnect from the client’s device.
Also :
- The service is provided by appointment
- The price is for one (1) hour. In case more time is required to resolve the issue, the customer will be informed and our technician will proceed with the customer’s consent
