Monthly Telephone Support
This service is provided to our customers who choose it, not only during the company’s working hours but also after these hours.
The telephone support service includes:
- Communication with our company’s technician, who, if they do not answer your call immediately, will contact you within 10 – 60 minutes. If your technical problem cannot be resolved over the phone, it will be recorded and an appointment will be scheduled within 24 – 48 hours for remote support or an on-site visit.

The above telephone support pricing applies throughout the month and during the specified hours. All the above prices are subject to 24% VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. This price list supersedes all previous ones. Payment Method: Prepayment of the total amount €12.40 / Month.
