When an issue arises that prevents you from continuing your work, we understand your business doesn’t stop and you need a fast solution. We use remote support to provide quick assistance to get you back up and running again without the need to wait for an onsite technician.
We also understand that not all technical issues can be solved remotely and requires an onsite visit by a technician that knows your system to resolve more complex issues.
Remote Technical Support
A service that is provided by Tech-Group, upon customer request and in consultation with them, for telephone or remote connection via the internet and specialized software. This service eliminates the need for a technician to be physically present at the customer’s premises, saving time. The connection is made with the customer’s approval and with absolute security. This service is provided through the pre-purchase of support hours, which the customer “consumes” within 12 months from the contract signing date.
The following service price list from our technical department, is valid for the entire year and pertains to the pre-purchase of a specific number of hours.
- Total Pre-purchased Hours : 5 Hours
- Remote Technical Support : 40,00€ – Discount of 25% – Final Price : 30,00€ (plus VAT)
- Remote support has a minimum time of 30 minutes.
