5 Hours of Technical Support Onsite
When an issue arises that prevents you from continuing your work, we understand your business doesn’t stop and you need a fast solution. We use remote support to provide quick assistance to get you back up and running again without the need to wait for an onsite technician.
We also understand that not all technical issues can be solved remotely and requires an onsite visit by a technician that knows your system to resolve more complex issues.
Onsite Technical Support
In this case, Tech-Group undertakes to have technicians available who, upon customer call and within a predetermined timeframe (e.g., within the same or the next day), will go to the customer’s premises and resolve the existing issue. This service is provided through the pre-purchase of support hours, which the customer “consumes” within 12 months from the contract signing date.
The following service price list from our technical department, is valid for the entire year and pertains to the pre-purchase of a specific number of hours.
- Total Pre-purchased Hours : 5 Hours
- Onsite Technical Support : 50,00€ – Discount of 20% – Final Price : 40,00€ (plus VAT)
- On-site visits have a minimum time of 1 hour.
